Laffans Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the trading window in respect of the Company’s for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 adopted by the Company.
