Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and for Prevention of Insider Trading, pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from May 19, 2016 and shall remain closed up to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
