ABC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, for the following purposes: - To approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2016; Further, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Indian Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from May 20, 2016 upto June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
