Comfort Fincap Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to transact following business: - To approve Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window
