Further note that pursuant to Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) to consider Audited Financial Results.
