Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company code for "Prohibition of Insider Trading", the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 19, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 are made public.
