Repro India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to take on record, the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditors Report for the last quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs / Designated Employees / Connected Persons from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
