MRO-TEK Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider approval of the audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, and for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Company, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
