RACL Geartech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter ala, to consider the financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 (Audited) and for the quarter ended on that date. Further, as per the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" pursuant to the requirements of the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code from May 20, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
