Choksi Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016 to consider inter-alia audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and clause 4 (4.1-4.5) of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, It is hereby notified that "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from the date on which the Company sends intimation to Stock Exchange advising the date of the Board Meeting, up to 48 hours after the price sensitive information is submitted to the Stock Exchange (Closed from May 19, 2016 and will open on June 01, 2016) for insiders trading.
