Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter-alia consider the following matter:- - Adoption of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading for Insiders” shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company by the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code from May 19, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
