Panther Industrial Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board will be held on May 27, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Also, kindly note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall be closed from May 21, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of said Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
