Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider & approve, inter alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 apart from other businesses. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities by the specified persons shall remain closed from closed from May 23, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
