India E-Commerce Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further to inform you that Trading Window shall be closed from May 23, 2016 and shall end after 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting. All Board Members are hereby requested not to deal in shares of the Company during the period when trading window is closed either through your own account or through your family members account or through account of Person Acting in Concern (PAC).
