Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2016 inter-alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
