ABC Gas International Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 to consider & adopt the audited financial results for the yearly and quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. Accordingly, all designated employees and Directors of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
