Zigma Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d)(e) of Listing Regulations . Further, please note that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f. May 23, 2016. The trading window will be open upon the expiry of 48 hours of the newspaper publication of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter /financial year ended March 31, 2016.
