Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016. Further inform that as per Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the "Code”) as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from May 20, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the Company.
