Emed.com Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 inter alia, to consider the following business: 1. Audited Financial results of the Company for quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016. Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 30, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (Both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Persons as defined in the Code. The Company will inform the Exchange about the outcome of the meeting as soon as it concludes.
