Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, shall be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In this connection as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2016 to August 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
