LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company’s Securities shall remain closed from July 11, 2016 till 48 hours after results are made public on July 26, 2016, for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
