Hindustan Zinc Ltd has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results with limited review for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1) will be considered in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on July 20, 2016. Also, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2016 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code’) of the Company, the trading window remains closed from July 07, 2016 to July 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
