Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from June 23, 2016 till - July 24, 2016 and that the Trading Window shall open on July 25, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
