Transwarranty Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2016, inter alia, to transact and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window in respect of the dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, designated (specified) employees of the Company, with effect from July 14, 2016 to July 23, 2016.
