Conart Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (subject to Limited Review by Statutory Auditors) of the Company for the first quarter (Q1/2016-17) ended on June 30, 2016. Further, for the purpose of declaring the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results the Companys trading window will remain closed for all directors, officers & designated employees of the Company under its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, from July 11, 2016 to July 27, 2016 (both the days inclusive). Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected person / designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. The Trading Window shall reopen from July 28, 2016.
