With reference to the earlier letter dated July 07, 2016, regarding Q1 results on July 20, 2016, Crompton Greaves Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on July 20, 2016 shall be now held on August 30, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results and Segment-Wise Financial Report of the Company both on Stand alone as well as Consolidated basis, for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1).
