TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. in view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto August 12, 2016, in terms of the Company’s Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
