Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 1st & 2nd August, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. The audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1); and 2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). The financial results shall be considered and declared on August 01, 2016.
