Vishvprabha Trading Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited Financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter and three months ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 in connection with trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from the opening of office hours on July 27, 2016 to the closing of office hours on August 01, 2016, which has already been informed to the concerned persons.
