KG Denim Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 16, 2016, upto July 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
