Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors / Officer / Designated Employees of the Company.
