Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Further, in terms of the Circular directing the Listed Companies to notify the Stock Exchange about Trading Window Closure’, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 19, 2016 to August 01, 2016 for the aforesaid purpose.
