Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider the financial results of the Bank, subjected to Limited Review, for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from July 15, 2016 till July 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors/Designated employees of the Bank. The trading window will open on July 25, 2016.
