Consideration of Employee Stock Option Scheme (NATS0P2016) under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 Further, TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from August 01, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). Trading window will be opened from August 12, 2016.
