Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on July 30, 2016 till 6.00 P.M. on August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 on August 10, 2016. The "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on August 13, 2016.
