Rama Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 12.30 p.m., inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed from August 01, 2016 to August 12, 2016.
