Svaraj Trading & Agencies Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of line Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further the Company confirms that in terms of the Companys Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from July 30, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on August 10, 2016.
