Shreyans Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the August 10, 2016 to consider, inter-alia, the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect up to 3rd trading day after the publication of such financial results i.e. August 17, 2016.
