Sita Shree Food Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting Of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares of the Company & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from July 30, 2016 to August 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for designated directors and employees in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
