Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the following matters: - To consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2016 along with the limited review report of the statutory auditors for the corresponding period. In terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for 10 days before the announcement of the unaudited financial results from August 01, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive), and 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforesaid information.
