Crown Tours Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 08, 2016, inter- alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In this connection, for prevention of Insider Trading, the close period (i.e. closure of Trading Window) will commence for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 6:00 pm on July 30, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 08, 2016.
