Ennore Coke Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2016 to consider and take on record inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window of the Company, under code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, will remain closed from August 01, 2016 to August 11, 2016 [both days inclusive] for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
