Mayukh Dealtrade Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2016, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, it may please be noted that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 30, 2016 till the completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchanges. Hence, the insiders i.e. Directors and designated employees are advised to refrain from buying/ selling of the Company’s equity shares until August 11, 2016.
