Balgopal Commercial Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider: - The unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and Further, the trading window in respect of the Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/ Designated Employees of the Company from August 02, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Company’s Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
