Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended on June 30, 2016, as per Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company, in terms of under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
