Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, for taking on record the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from August 01, 2016 to 48 hours after the results are made public on August 11, 2016.
