Aurum Soft Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
