Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, inter-alia, to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30,2016. Further, as per the Company’s code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (“the Code”) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Promoters/ Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with effect from July 30, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the public.
