Prakash Steelage Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report to be submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, for all the Designated Employees including Directors of the Company and their dependents from August 03, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
