Kanchi Karpooram Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2016. Further, Pursuant to this, as per the Companys Code of Conduct, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company has decided the close period (i.e. Closure of trading window) for the insiders from July 30, 2016 and ends after 48 hours of the results are made public on August 08, 2016.
